The University of Arizona and Arm are collaborating on a curriculum initiative under the Arm Semiconductor Education Alliance

The Education Alliance fosters collaboration and resource sharing to address gaps in education, research, and skills within CEI and STEM fields by leveraging foundational technologies from Arm and its partners.

This strategic partnership with Arm brings together stakeholders from industry, academia, and government to address the increasing challenges of talent acquisition and workforce upskilling.

The U of A works alongside Arm and other Education Alliance members, as well as broader ecosystem partners, to:

  • Integrate courses and programs on online learning platforms to craft comprehensive, interconnected learning journeys.
  • Utilize shared resources to develop new, distinctive content, including repurposing existing educational materials for use in new formats or on different platforms.
  • Design learning pathways that lead to recognized qualifications, addressing the talent needs of the ecosystem.
  • Explore and execute co-marketing and promotional opportunities within the education and academic sectors.
  • Contribute to both existing and emerging communities of practice by co-creating curricula, standards, or learning pathway frameworks, and by supporting platforms that empower these communities.
  • Leverage expertise and influence by providing thought leadership, technical support, and by creating new resources of shared interest.
  • Collaborate to influence governmental and non-governmental organizations in promoting CEI and STEM education, research, and skills development.
